Surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, the Fattoria Viticcio agriturismo is perched on a hill in the Chianti Classico area, overlooking the delighful market town of town of Greve in Chianti. Greve is just a 20 minutes’ walk away or 5 minutes by car while we are 30 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Siena .

The whole Viticcio Agriturismo is located in the middle of the vineyards and charming hills and all of the apartments have views over the countryside.

The apartments are situated in the main estate building, a typical Tuscan property that has been specially renovated and tastefully furnished.
Besides offering a taste of the countryside and fine traditional things, we offer a full range of comforts for the discerning traveller.

Our Winery has produced marvellous wines since 1964 and during your stay you have the opportunity to visit the whole Estate and to taste and drink some really good wines and soak up the Tuscan country atmosphere!

APARTMENT PER CAMILLA (41 M2) FOR 2+1 PEOPLE
The price is Euro 790,00 for 2 people per week, everything included.

Household facilities: satellite tv, hifi, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, iron+ironing board ,hairdrier, dishes, linen and towels.Nice bathroom with shower and hairdryed . Final cleaning included.
Each apartment  has its own private outdoor space with table, chairs and parasol.

A marvellous swimmpool with a huge green area is at your disposal .
 
In our Agriturismo is possible take exercise and Pilates lessons with a physical education teacher in the morning ( by reservation ).

Nearby there are tennis courts, mountain bike for hire and horse riding stables. In the area there is are the possibilities to take cookery or painting classes or even just walk up and down the hills of marvellous Chianti Classico area. 
A visit to the historic art cities is a must.

The Winery Viticcio Farm, located on the hills that overlook the village of Greve in Chianti, is approximately 50 hectares of which 35 are mainly Sangiovese vineyards. The estate produces around 200,000 bottles a year.

Visits to the winery and wine tastings are offered and hosted by one of the Landini family members or qualified personnel. The visit lasts about an hour, tasting included.  For reasons of space and timing,  we limit tastings and visit for a minimum two persons up to 12 peopl.   Languages spoken at the estate are Italian, English and French for your comfort.

Visits and tasting can be scheduled from 10 am to 12 am and/or from 14 to 16 in the afternoon. Visits and tastings require a reservation.  The price is 10.00 euros per person and includes a visit to the winery and the tasting of our Chianti Classico Viticcio and one of other of our wines.  It is possible to also taste the wines of Tenuta di Bolgheri I Greppi.  The estate I Greppi is the other wine producing winery we work with in Castagneto Carducci  to produce Bolgheri DOC  "Greppicante” and Bolgheri Superiore " Greppicaia”.
